Classical and Jazz Trombone

Alice can’t pinpoint exactly why she chose the trombone, but she was instantly drawn to its unique sound and slide. In fifth grade, she selected the trombone and quickly immersed herself in the world of band. She has experience performing in marching, concert, and jazz bands, and has had the honor of traveling for performances to New York, Colorado, France, and Italy. She also competed in the Jack Rudin Jazz Competition in 2023.

While the trombone is her secondary instrument, Alice has a deep appreciation for all the bands she has participated in and the lessons she has learned across various musical styles. She now teaches one-on-one trombone lessons for students of all levels, sharing her knowledge of ensemble performance and inviting learners to join her on this musical journey.
